Credit/Debit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in and will be authorized for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged unless you choose to settle the final bill with cash or a debit-card payment. Authorized amounts may take up to 10 business days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel has no control to expedite this process. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
If you do not have a credit card, you can have someone else guarantee the room for you with their credit card. Please contact the hotel to request the 3rd-party credit card authorization form which we will be happy to fax or email you.
Many of our room feature hard-wood floors and care must be taken when moving furniture. Any excessive damage will be billed to the room. Also – there is no removal of plates or glassware from the room. To-go cups are available through the restaurant.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs and roll-a-way beds are available at the resort. Please note that cribs are complimentary and roll-a-ways are $15 per night. In addition, our standard rooms cannot accommodate roll-a-way beds.
The hotel offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms on the ground level. 1 dog up to 60 pounds is permitted – no other animals accepted. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in stating that the dog will not be left alone in the room at any time. Dogs are not allowed in outlets or on pool deck and must be leashed at all times. Guest is responsible for clean-up and any extra cost associated with clean up.
A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the room or on their balcony. There is a designated smoking area in front of the hotel.
The resort offers an indoor pool and hot-tub as well as an outdoor pool and two outdoor hot-tubs. The outdoor pool is open seasonally (generally from mid-May to mid-September). The pool area is open daily from 8AM-10PM and our gym is open 24-hours per day. Absolutely no glassware of any kind is permitted in the pool area.
Please note that the storage of skis, bikes and golf-bags is not permitted in the room. Please contact the Guest Services department at the resort for assistance.
Traveller-Check Cashing Policy
Traveller-Check cashing services are available to guests (valid ID required). There is a limit of $100 per day.
